Senior leaders share an understanding that good governance is essential for achieving improvement and transformation and demonstrate this through their interactions with all levels of the organisation.
To support the Senior Leadership Team’s development we engaged with the LGA’s Emergenetic’s pilot which was used to help the team understand each others’ thinking and behaviour styles and which will be used to inform further development opportunities as we embark on a further period of change.
Overview
Redcar and Cleveland were experiencing discharge delays across the local system, and intermediate care bedded provision was not leading to return home as frequently as would be expected.
Action
