LGA at the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) 2026

The LGA has formally joined forces with UKREiiF as an Associate Partner for 2026. This flagship conference brings together leaders from national and local government, investors, developers, end users, and the wider built environment sector.

UKREiiF continues to be a key platform for local and regional leaders to showcase their respective areas and attract investment. Throughout this forum, the LGA will promote local leaders, showcase best practice and sector-led improvement, and convene partners across sectors.

LGA place-based programmes at UKREiiF 

Council Housebuilding Support Service (CHoSS)

The Council Housebuilding Support Service (CHoSS) is a fully funded national improvement programme helping councils strengthen their capacity, capability and confidence to deliver more council homes.

Joint Inspection Team (JIT)

The national fire safety Joint Inspection Team (JIT) is hosted by the Local Government Association (LGA), and funded by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and local Government (MHCLG).

One Public Estate (OPE)

Our award-winning One Public Estate programme – delivered in partnership by the Local Government Association, Office of Government Property (OGP) within the Cabinet Office and Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), supports locally-led partnerships of public sector bodies to kickstart regeneration and transform public service delivery.

Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

The Planning Advisory Service (PAS) is part of the Local Government Association and runs 14 projects funded by the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government and Natural England.

The LGA procurement hub includes resources such as 'How to do business with local government'.
